Gay men will now get their chance at reality television love.
Logo announced that it has greenlit a new reality competition show, Finding Prince Charming, hosted by Lance Bass, which will find 13 men competing to win the attention of “one of the nation’s most eligible gay heartthrobs” (no word yet on who the lucky man is).
As in ABC’s Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise, the suitors will all be housed together and will be eliminated one by one, until one contestant is left standing.
Logo has a long history of showcasing LGBTQ-focused stories with memorable characters that transcend pop culture, said Pamela Post, SVP of Original Programming for Logo, in a release. Finding Prince Charming will take viewers on a whirlwind journey through modern love and relationships in a way that only Logo can do.
Finding Prince Charming will debut this fall.
