Netfix launched in India earlier this year, and announced its first original series for the country last month. In a new social media campaign on Twitter, it used humour and Bollywood references to highlight just where Netflix scores over traditional TV.
Netflix partnered with a series digital influencers for the Twitter campaign, each of whom responded to this question.
Some tweets dealt with its vast library of films and shows.
Others focused on the advantages of ad-free viewing.
There was also a reference to the pleasures of binge-watching.
As well as the fact that Netflix can literally be accessed anywhere.
With a few exceptions.
It also had to deal with some uncomfortable questions about several shows not being accessible in India.
Yet it won several hearts with its spot-on Bollywood references.
